What we're looking for


As Finance Lead you’re expected to oversee all finance-related tasks and processes from end to end.
From day-to-day operations to supporting the company’s goals through financing, optimization, and controlling. 

  • Treasury: Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and increase liquidity through external funds (loans, rounds…) while optimizing for ROI.

  • Strategy and controlling: Continuously work on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure optimum resource allocation, aligned with the company strategy, and the rest of the leadership team.

  • Multi-country finance management: Oversee the financial operations across multiple countries, taking into account the complexities of managing local P&Ls, cash flows, intercompany transfers, and local compliance requirements.

  • Financial operations: Be able to continuously organize and optimize all core processes (Invoices, reimbursements, customer billing tickets…).

  • Data: Feel comfortable processing raw and unstructured data through the standard tools (i.e. Excel, Access, PowerBI) when searching for specific finance-related insights.

  • Compliance: Ensure we’re complying with financial regulations, accounting, tax laws, and lead audits or due diligence. 

  • Team management: Lead your current team member to ensure growth, continuous coaching, and specialization while planning for scalability.






Requirements

  • Background: +3 years experience and a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Professional finance certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are preferred.

  • Finance Skills: Strong financial acumen and analytical skills to interpret and communicate complex financial data.

  • Comprehensive knowledge: Proficient in financial principles, practices, forecasting, analysis, Spain’s, European and Mexican´s regulations, and financial software tools, including ERP systems.

  • Leadership: Team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide.

  • Autonomous: Feel comfortable proactively proposing and implementing strategies and changes from end to end.
