Head of Legal in Spain

As our Head of Legal in Spain, you will be responsible for ensuring the legal security of our activities, supporting project financing and M&A transactions, and managing regulatory compliance. You will also oversee the monitoring and enforcement of ongoing contracts, ensuring alignment with financial and operational objectives.

You will be part of Enerfip’s international legal team, working closely with our legal experts in France and reporting directly to the Group’s Head of Legal.
