Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of general corporate legal matters and to gain a comprehensive view of group operations from a legal perspective.  The new colleague will work closely with senior lawyers and business teams across multiple jurisdictions, providing legal support for day-to-day corporate matters and group-level projects.

  • Provide legal support for corporate housekeeping tasks.
  • Support the day-to-day operation of the group with general legal advice.
  • Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of a variety of legal documents, such as non-disclosure agreements, engagement letters, and internal policies.
  • Prepare internal reports and presentations for decision-makers to facilitate informed business decisions.
  • Participate in meetings, negotiations, and conference calls with internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Assist with the coordination and management of external legal advisors on general corporate matters.
  • Support the signing and closing process of documentation.

Qualifications

 

  • 1-3 years of experience at an international law firm specialized in business law.  
  • Fluency in English, with proven ability to draft and negotiate legal documents in English.
  • Experience in the energy sector is an advantage.
  • Accuracy, reliability, diligent approach, and a team player mindset.
