We are on the lookout for a Legal Counsel to join the Antitrust and Trade Law team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
The Antitrust and Trade Law team is responsible for Delivery Hero's competition and trade law matters globally, covering the 70+ jurisdictions where we operate. Assist in assessing merger control and foreign direct investment (FDI) filing requirements for cross-border transactions
Contribute to due diligence processes, drafting and reviewing related documentation, and supporting post-merger integration from a competition law perspective
Help coordinate and respond to antitrust investigations, including liaising with internal stakeholders and external counsel
Provide guidance to local legal teams on day-to-day competition law questions and compliance matters
Support the team on international trade law topics, particularly sanctions and export control compliance
Help prepare and deliver internal trainings to raise awareness of competition and trade law risks
Liaise with external legal advisors and help manage external legal spend
Be an engaged and curious team player, ready to tackle emerging issues in a fast-paced, international environment
