Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

You are responsible for a wide variety of legal matters across the EMEA business, such as commercial contracts with suppliers, distributors and customers and protection and enhancement of Ranpak’s intellectual property portfolio. You work closely together with the business and provide them with support for all legal matters related to EMEA Region of Ranpak. You act as Business Partner and in that capacity, you advise on strategic business objectives.

Requirements

• Dutch law degree and approximately 6-15 years of work experience gained at a law firm or as an inhouse legal counsel
• Good knowledge of commercial contract law
• Experience with IP law is a plus
• Business minded with excellent communication skills
