We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel who thrives on complexity and cross-functional collaboration. Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and practical experience in dealing with complex commercial contracting processes and IT/Technology contracts preferably.

You will: 

• Provide legal support to the Procurement team on sourcing initiatives, including advising on contractual structuring, project managing legal workstreams, and handling contract review, drafting, and negotiation processes
• Support strategic initiatives — such as outsourcing and M&A transactions — by advising on deal and contract structuring, coordinating with external counsel, and managing the legal aspects throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead legal project management activities on complex cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between legal workstreams, internal stakeholders, and external counsel
• Deliver legal support to the sales organization.
• Identify and implement improvements in contract management practices, ensuring process efficiency, standardization, and legal innovation

About you

We are looking for an execution-focused legal professional who, on top of solid legal skills, brings both strategic thinking and practical commercial skills to the table.

You are motivated by working in a fast-paced environment, thrive on collaboration, and know how to balance legal precision with pragmatic business advice.

We also imagine that you:

• Preferably have 5+ years of experience from a law firm or in-house legal role, with a focus on commercial contracts and transactions
• Bring a commercial mindset and enjoy working closely with cross-functional business teams
• Have extensive experience advising on structuring, drafting and negotiating high-value and complex contracts
• Are skilled at advising senior stakeholders and know how to communicate legal concepts clearly and effectively
