Your mission: As a Senior Manager - Senior Legal Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel, you will handle a wide range of in-house legal matters, including contracting (both local and international), corporate law, employment law, IT, intellectual property, public procurement, compliance, and regulatory issues. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with a business-oriented mindset.

In this position, you will report directly to the Deputy General Counsel and play a key role in providing strategic legal support across the organization.

  • Understand the business of the firm and the regulatory environment;
  • Bring legal and regulatory expertise to business and support business lines;
  • Negotiate and review contracts;
  • Deliver high quality and business-oriented solution on a wide range of issues;
  • Issue recommendations on projects, tools and services;
  • Conduct and oversee significant research about legal issues/transformation projects;
  • Contribute to the transformation of the Office of the General Counsel;
  • Share legal knowledge within the team and in the firm;
  • Coach junior members of the team and contribute to their professional development.

Let’s talk about you. If you … 

  • Hold a master’s degree in Law from Luxembourg, Belgium, or France (or an equivalent qualification);
  • Bring more than 7 to 10 years of legal experience, either in-house or in a law firm, with a strong understanding of business processes and how large companies operate;
  • Possess solid technical knowledge and hands-on legal expertise;
  • Have strong analytical skills and an inquisitive mindset;
  • Excel in organizational skills and time management;
  • Are agile, capable of handling various topics independently, and quick to adapt to changing environments;
  • Thrive in a team environment and enjoy working with people;
  • Communicate fluently in French and English, with German and Luxembourgish considered assets.
