• You provide legal support across various areas, including commercial, M&A, corporate and IT law, ensuring compliance with domestic and international regulations
• You review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, collaborating with internal stakeholders to support business needs
• You advise on legal matters related to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and data protection (including GDPR)
• You assist in managing legal risks and resolving disputes, working closely with external counsel when necessary
• You support cross-functional teams by providing practical legal guidance on business transactions and company operations
• You stay up to date with legal developments relevant to the industry, ensuring compliance with evolving laws and regulations

• Fully qualified lawyer with 3+ years' experience in a law firm, specializing in M&A, commercial law, corporate law, or related fields
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, with an understanding of international transactions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and business-oriented approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both legal and non-legal teams
• Fluent in English and German for legal communication and contract negotiation
