We are looking for a Legal Counsel to enhance the stability and quality of legal support, considering the company's business growth and the expansion of legal processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, internal policies, and other legal documents;
• Conducting research and analyzing new business opportunities and potential legal risks in the jurisdictions where the company operates (particularly in the EU and the USA);
• Providing daily legal support for the company’s operations;
• Closely collaborating with business development, sales, account management, and software development teams to expand business opportunities while minimizing legal risks.
  
  What we expect from you:
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in an international or top-tier law firm;
  Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency;

• Proactiveness and readiness to work hard on various legal matters.
  
  Would be a plus:
• Previous experience with English law, FinTech, or IT.
