Job Summary:
As part of our legal team, you will report to the Group Legal Counsel and will play a key role in providing legal support across various aspects of our global operations. This position will be based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Your key responsibilities include:
· Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on case law, regulations, and legal precedents.
· Drafting and Reviewing Documents: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising agreements, templates and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
· GDPR & Compliance: Support with compliance efforts to ensure adherence to GDPR and other data protection regulations.
· Playbook Management: Assist in updating and managing legal playbooks.
· Advisory: Support with legal guidance various departments in collaboration with your manager.
· Contract Management: Oversee the contract lifecycle, including tracking status, renewals, and database maintenance.
· Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies to mitigate legal risks.
· Training and Education: Assist in providing training and legal education to employees on company policies and compliance.
· Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks to support the legal department, including scheduling meetings and maintaining legal templates and correspondence.
