The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Legal Counsel to join our dynamic in-house Legal and Corporate Services team.
Bringing your adept experience in either private practice or an in-house role, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic legal advice, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance across all aspects of our projects. Reporting to the Legal Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, project stakeholders, and external partners to support tendering activity, negotiate construction contracts with clients and assist with dispute resolution for significant projects.
You will join a national team of Lawyers and Contract Administrators with a fantastic culture, and being part of a global company, you will also have access to a wider network of legal resources, including another national team of Lawyers at our local parent company, Quanta Services Australia.
