Legal Counsel

• Contract Management: Prepare, review, and coordinate various types of contracts (services, purchases, sales, etc.). Support negotiation processes and ensure alignment with internal standards and applicable laws
• Data Protection (GDPR): Provide legal consultations on the application of data protection legislation. Support the implementation of GDPR-compliant practices across the group
• Policy and Legal Framework Development: Participate in the development of group-wide policies and guidelines. Ensure their implementation in cooperation with internal teams
• Colleague Advisory: Advise colleagues across departments on legal issues related to day-to-day operations, Labor law matters, customer service and compliance matters
• Legal Analysis: Analyze applicable legal acts, prepare internal legal conclusions and assist department heads and management with legal decision-making
• Complaint Handling: Support the legal team in handling customer complaints and providing legal assistance to service teams
• KYC Process Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements by supporting checks and documentation processes related to client identification and risk assessment.

• Have a Law degree
• Have at least 3 years of professional experience as a legal officer (aviation sector experience is a plus)
• Have experience working with international law
• Have experience in drafting, reviewing various commercial contracts
• Demonstrate experience or strong interest in GDPR and data protection
• Have good knowledge of labor relations and civil procedure principles
• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Be proactive, independent, and result-oriented, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
