Currently OP Corporate Bank is looking for Senior Legal Counsel to join their highly professional team in Vilnius.
Job Content:
- Review and prepare financing and collateral documentation
- Negotiate with customers on legal matters
- Give legal advice to colleagues in-house
- Participate in product development and process improvement
- Give legal support to other business operations
- Provide legal support in debt collection
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a legal counsel’s role in a bank, leasing company or other financial institution with various financing products
- Qualification: University degree in law
- Areas of expertise: Knowledge of laws applicable to financing business
- Languages: Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
- Skills: Proactive, result oriented, team player and good communication skills
