For our Trademark-Team in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Trademark and Design Attorney qualified/admitted in France, Belgium, Germany and/or Luxembourg (Juriste, Conseil ou Avocat spécilalisé en Propriété Industrielle; Fachanwalt im gewerblichen Rechtsschutz).

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide counselling to international clients in the area of Intellectual Property with a focus on global Trademark Portfolio Management including Filing, Prosecution and Enforcement (in office procedures, litigation and preliminary injunction proceedings) as well as in matters relating to Design, Domain Names, Copyright and Unfair Competition Law in a team of specialized Lawyers
  • Work in close cooperation with our local offices and international agent network
  • Develop existing and new client relationships together with our Business Development team
  • Lead and develop our team of Paralegals
  • Write articles and blog post on IP matters
  • Represent Dennemeyer at relevant IP conferences and seminars
  • Support other business divisions of the Dennemeyer Group in trademark related matters

Your Profile

  • Attorney qualified in Intellectual Property Law (CEIPI diploma, Master in IP, Fachanwaltschaft or similar) with above-average qualifications, admitted or not before the French, German, Benelux or European Union IP Office (Juriste spécialisé en Propriété Industrielle, Conseil en Propriété Industrielle, Avocat, Fachanwalt)
  • Professional experience as an attorney in a law firm or legal department with a focus on Trademark and Design Law of minimum 3 years
  • Excellent English language skills (spoken and written), fluent in French (spoken and written), good command of Luxemburgish or German is a plus
  • Team player with an independent work style and an excellent standing with clients
  • Desirous to acquire new clients and establish new business relationships
  • Precise and autonomous way of working
