We are hiring a Legal Counsel to join Aggreko’s internal legal team to help drive growth in our European division. The position is based at the headquarters in St Michel sur Orge (91240), and hybrid working is also on offer to support work life balance.

What you’ll do:

Directly reporting to our Continental Europe Legal Director, the following tasks are proposed (list not exhaustive):

  • Provide support to Continental Europe's sales, purchasing, finance, and other teams by offering legal advice for Aggreko's operations.

  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to review and prepare tender documents.

  • Handle the review, drafting, and negotiation of various commercial documents, including confidentiality agreements, terms and conditions, NDAs, framework agreements, service agreements, rental agreements, and more.

  • Offer legal secretarial services.

  • Perform legal research on diverse topics.

  • Keep the library updated with local and international legislation.

  • Monitor litigation and provide reports.

  • Engage in legal research across a range of subjects.

PROFILE

  • Degree in International Law (Master 2)

  • Two years of experience in a commercial law firm or a comparable in-house position.

  • English : Good writing and communication skills (oral and written)

  • Another European language would be a real asset for this position.
