Legal Counsel

FlexCar is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our offices in Athens. The position entails a supporting role in all legal matters within a fast-growing scale-up. You will play an integral part in ensuring the company’s legal operations run smoothly as we continue to expand.

Position Summary

The Legal Counsel will work closely with the legal team, providing vital legal support across the company. Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing corporate documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal standards across all departments. The Legal Counsel will also play a key role in managing legal issues and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, providing essential legal support across the company's operations. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, high-growth environment by handling various legal matters essential to the business's continued success.

• 3 - 5 years of Law experience post traineeship within a fast-paced environment
• University Degree in Law from a top tier University in Greece or abroad
• Experience in Corporate, Commercial, and/or Civil law.
• Experience in a corporate environment is mandatory.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills with strong attention to detail
• A strong work ethic, and a can-do attitude
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate a number of tasks with a wide range of stakeholders in a startup environment
• Master’s degree or certifications are welcome
• Ideally, you are an automotive enthusiast!
