Legal Counsel

Join a rapidly growing renewable energy company that matters to the future! We are looking to strengthen our Legal team with a strongly motivated Legal Counsel. As a Legal Counsel, you will assist in a wide range of corporate legal activities within the renewable energy sector - helping with M&A actions, all kinds of financial and third-party contracts, renewable energy and land lease documentation. You will be based in our Athens offices in Maroussi.

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and corporate agreements.
• Partner with the Head of Legal and Management Team to provide legal guidance to the Board of Directors.
• Lead legal efforts on M&A, corporate finance, project finance, and real estate transactions -including due diligence, contract negotiation, and closings.
• Organize and guarantee the company’s fulfillment of contractual obligations during development, construction and operation of the projects.
• Provide strategic legal advice to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, and legal disputes.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal rights, obligations, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure timely execution and proper filing of all legal documents.

• Law degree and LL.M from an accredited law school.
• 5+ years of legal experience, including 1–2 years in a corporate leadership role, ideally in Renewables or a top-tier law firm.
• Proven expertise in M&A, contracts negotiation, corporate law, and project finance.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Confident, independent decision-maker with a proactive mindset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• International legal experience is a plus.
