We are now looking for a new Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team in Nove Mesto / Bratislava, Slovakia and Plzen/ Volyne, Czech Republic!

Works as part of the Law Department to protect Vertiv business units by ensuring that terms and conditions used in transactions are acceptable to the business. Drafts and negotiate agreements (often directly with suppliers) relating to procurement of products, professional services, and software licensing to ensure agreements are clearly defined, documented, and in agreement with Vertiv’s guidelines. Assist and support the EMEA Law Department in a wide range of legal issues across EMEA, however the role will be particularly focused on (i) assisting and supporting EMEA Procurement function, (ii) as well as any legal matters related to Business Units in Slovakia and Czech Republic. Ensures that the Vertiv business is in line with the legal and trade compliance requirements. Further the Legal Counsel will work with members of other corporate departments, business units and outside counsel.Â
