Your mission:

To provide expert legal advice across various departments, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards while mitigating risks. Managing complex legal inquiries and transactions, supporting the company’s strategic goals and safeguarding its legal interests. 

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyse and respond to requests for advice from various departments, including Loan Origination, Investor Relations and Product Development teams.
• Implement and improve service terms, conditions and credit agreements.
• Analyse new investment product proposals and proposed changes to existing products to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
• Develop special service terms and conditions for new products while assessing regulatory risks and legal impact across the company.
• Provide legal advice regarding intra-group financing arrangements and support with corporate documentation. 
• Support customer support in legally complex questions/inquiries.
• Engage and manage communication with outside counsels on tasks concerning specialised fields of law or other jurisdictions, ensuring timely and successful completion.

You are one of us if you:

• Have at least 5 years of experience in legal matters (preferably in financial or real estate industry).
• Have a Master's degree or equivalent in Estonian law.
• Are a well-organised and a self-driven specialist who is also a great team player.
• Are known for your positive mindset and a “can do” attitude.
• Are excited to work in a fast-paced and dynamic company embracing the opportunity to continuously grow as a professional.
  
• Have excellent oral and written English skills.
